Book Direct and Save

Our calendar is open 200 days (just over 6 months) out from the current date. You can book directly with us (below) to save on Airbnb fees and have a more flexible cancellation policy, but we happily accept Airbnb bookings if you feel more comfortable. Bookings of 5 of more nights automatically include a 7% off discount. We can’t wait to host you!

Note: Starting in October 2025 Airbnb is including their 15.5% service fee in the nightly price. If you don’t want to pay this fee, we recommend direct booking.

Important: cancellation and booking details— please read before booking

Cancellations when booking direct you can cancel up to 14 days before arrival. You will receive a 96.5% refund (this covers the nonrefundable credit card processing fees that we’re charged).

We encourage you to purchase trip insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen last-minute cancellations. However, we will try and work with you. If you cancel 14 days or less, we will try to rebook your stay and refund the nightly rate that the new guests pays minus any additional booking platform fees. No refund will be provided for nights that we were not able to rebook.

Payment and Fees: We require 50% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 30 days of arrival.

Important pre-booking verification: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi (previously Superhog). This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. If you choose not do so, your booking will be canceled. You will also be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $500 via third party provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee. Besides a small service fee, there is no up-front damage deposit. Through Truvi, the Guest is agreeing to an amount up to the deposit amount on the listing to be taken from their card later IF Guest Misconduct and/or Property Damage is caused during the booking.

Booking Details/House Rules

Check in: is anytime after 3 pm. Check out is anytime before 10am

House rules:

-Must complete all the steps through Truvi before day of booking

-No illegal activity on the premises

-No drugs/smoking indoors

-No Parties or Events (this includes weddings, however please reach out directly about elopements)
-Don’t leave the fireplace or propane fire pit on unattended
-Only put the provided toilet paper in the toilet or down the sink
-Do not tamper with outdoor cameras
-No open fires/fireworks outside. Even a cigarette could cause a wildfire—the neighborhood fine for fire starts at $500
-No smoking/vaping/illegal drugs indoors—the additional cleaning fine for smoking inside starts at $100
-No pets. Guest will be charged $95 (for ea. animal) and for any additional time it may take our cleaners
-Use the hot tub at your own discretion. Please follow the hot tub rules included in the welcome packet
-Don’t feed the wildlife or leave food/trash outside anywhere but the trash cans.
-Please, no glitter
-Only registered guests may stay on-premises and use the hot tub.

Breaking these rules may result in a fine, additional cleaning fee and/or immediate eviction.
